1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pengu Focus ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Pengu Focus provides users with a gamified focus timer, allowing them to track productivity sessions, earn in-app rewards (fish), and purchase virtual cosmetic items for their in-app characters. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time without any liability to you.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Virtual Items & Currency

The App may include virtual, in-game currency ("Fish") that you can earn through usage. Fish and any virtual cosmetic items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. We retain the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate fish or virtual items at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• •Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or abusive.
• •Impersonate any person or entity.
• •Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service.
• •Use any automated means (bots, scraping) to abuse the reward systems.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
